Once your payment is received and confirmed, your order enters fulfillment and is prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delays & Issues

- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees may apply.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot reroute a package once it has been handed to the carrier.
