Due to the research-use nature of our products and the importance of maintaining product integrity, returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Products purchased through Hira Compounds are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes. Because product quality, storage, sealing, and handling conditions are important, we cannot automatically accept every returned product.
Return, replacement, and refund requests will therefore be reviewed individually based on the circumstances of the order.
If you wish to request a return, please contact us before sending any product back.
For quality-control, safety, and product-integrity reasons, we generally cannot accept products that have been opened, used, altered, improperly stored, or otherwise removed from their original condition.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
To help us resolve your request, we may ask you to provide photographs of the product, shipping packaging, shipping label, packing materials, and any visible damage.
Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

Please do not ship a product back until you have received return instructions or authorization from Hira Compounds.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions explaining where and how the product should be returned.
Unless the return results from an incorrect item, confirmed shipping damage, or an error by Hira Compounds, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved as part of the resolution.
When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase whenever possible.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after a refund has been processed for it to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution.
Hira Compounds does not control processing delays that occur after a refund has been submitted to the applicable payment provider.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, particularly when an order has arrived damaged or an incorrect product was shipped.
Replacement requests remain subject to verification, product availability, and approval by Hira Compounds.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has entered processing or been shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If tracking information indicates a delivery problem, please contact us and we will assist you in reviewing the shipment with the carrier where reasonably possible.
If you experience a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
Submitting a payment dispute does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund, replacement, or return under this policy.
Hira Compounds reserves the right to refuse a return, refund, replacement, or future transaction where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misrepresentation, repeated misuse of this policy, or other improper activity, subject to applicable law.
