04 Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our approved payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

05 SMS / Text Messaging Program

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in — by checking the SMS consent box at checkout or on our order form, or by submitting our Facebook Lead Ads form — you consent to receive text messages from Hira Compounds at the number provided. The details of the program are as follows:

• What messages you'll receive: Transactional messages such as order confirmations and order/shipping updates, and — only where you have separately opted in — promotional offers and marketing messages.
• How to opt in: By submitting your mobile number through one of our SMS consent points (checkout, order form, or Facebook Lead Ads form). Promotional messages require a separate, explicit opt-in checkbox that is not selected by default.

06 Shipping

We aim to fulfill and ship orders promptly. Shipping timeframes and costs will be provided at checkout. Hira Compounds is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

07 Returns and Refunds

Please contact support@hiracompounds.com regarding any order issues. Given the research-use nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
